The front desk has good service. The hotel location is great, and dining out is convenient. The bathroom is clean with a hairdryer, hand towels, etc. The breakfast is better than expected. Selling water and coffee feels thoughtful. Stayed twice, the bed room is quiet, and the twin room has a fantastic view.

- • The second time checking out, encountered elevator outage when going downstairs, but I know this may not be something the hotel can control.
Don't expect anything else suitable for staying one night.

- • There must be a different understanding of cleanliness in Egypt because we asked for the sheets to be changed at every hotel we visited, but each time the new sheets were always dirty.

OMG Aya, Ahmed, Youssef, Nardine, Suzan, Iman, and Fadi are the best staff ever. They made me feel at home!!🤩 🫂🥰 Rooms are super clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is amazing as it is in the center of town. You can easily find anything you need around. Special thanks to Mina, the manager, for managing everything perfectly 🤩😍 I highly recommend this amazing place!👍🤩😍🥰🫶🏻
