The front desk service is polite. The hotel location is great, making dining and transportation convenient. The bathroom is clean and equipped with a hairdryer, hand towels, etc. The breakfast is better than expected. Selling water and coffee feels thoughtful. Stayed twice, the single bed room is quiet, and the twin bed room has a fantastic view.

- • When checking out the second time, I encountered the elevator being out of service, but I know this may not be something the hotel can control.
Don't expect anything else for a one-night stay.

- • The concept of cleanliness in Egypt must be different because in every hotel we visited, we asked for the sheets to be changed, but each time the new sheets were still dirty.

OMG Aya, Ahmed, Youssef, Nardine, Suzan, Iman, and Fadi are the best staff ever. They made me feel at home!!🤩 🫂🥰 Rooms are super clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is amazing as it is in the center of town. You can easily find everything you need around. Special thanks to Mina, the manager, for managing everything perfectly 🤩😍 I highly recommend this amazing place!👍🤩😍🥰🫶🏻
