The hotel staff themselves were pleasant, but unfortunately my experience with the owner/manager was extremely poor, and I would strongly recommend that other travellers think twice before staying here.

- • The person on receptionMr PANKAJ AND THE GM OF THE PROPERTY ARE HIGHLY UNRELIABLE. They make a fool of the customer by misguiding.
Had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and the overall ambience was perfect.

- • We had several unfortunate experiences. The pool staff were more focused on their phones than helping guests and doing their job. We paid for laundry service, but had to call the next day to get the clothes back, which should have been ready at 9:00 but was only ready at 23:30. I'm not sure if I would have received it if I hadn't contacted the reception, which was very brief and kept hanging up quickly so I had to call again and again to understand if the clothes were ready. Finally, we had a bad experience at the breakfast buffet. When we finished eating, we were asked to fill out a questionnaire. We answered honestly, but because we rated the food as average, which was not bad but nothing special, one of the waiters ran after us and called more staff, and they wanted to know what our reason was for the answer and seemed puzzled by our response. We both thought it was very unprofessional and inconvenient to react in this way, and almost didn't feel like returning the next morning.
