The place is excellent. Everything else is bad.
The bed was fine - big and quite comfortable. The apartment also had a kitchen, a small fridge, a microwave, utensils, and it was possible to cook there. The service was fine and overall they listened to us and made an effort. The location is excellent. Relatively quiet.

- • The first room we received was below any criticism. It had a terrible smell, the room was small with a tiny window and we couldn't ventilate. We asked for another room and received a larger room with windows. There also the smell was terrible but we could open the windows for ventilation. When we got home and took out the clothes from the suitcase, everything stank of the room's smell and we had to wash everything - even what we didn't use. The air conditioner's socket was outside and very high, and the TV didn't work. We managed to reach and operate the air conditioner's socket and the maintenance person fixed the TV. There were plenty of cables, but we could hardly see anything because the reception was terrible and the broadcast kept cutting off. The lighting in the hallway was faulty and stayed on all night. One of the reasons we chose the place was because it was advertised that there was parking, but in the end, it turned out to be only for 4 cars and there was no space. We parked in the Opera Towers parking lot and paid 240 NIS for 20 hours of parking. Overall, the room price is not relatively high compared to other places, and that's probably what you get so you won't be ripped off.
