- • WiFi didn’t work in the room , the food was disgusting didn’t eat it in it and had to eat out daily for 2 weeks. Most staff were nice and friendly however I asked for a bigger room to upgrade I got told to come back next day doing so I then got told there was no availability even tho I asked to pay for it the day before to guarantee it. To be spoken to like an idiot by reception staff telling me I new the standard room was small iv never stayed here before so I wasn’t sure , juice was hit and constantly told no ice and my sons apple juice looked like a beer with a head on it

Didn’t like anything about the property we went on our honeymoon worst experienced ever also they owe me money for two days which they refused to give to me and only refunded me for one day. We got put in a room where there was 2 beds. Instead of one double bed.

Really great hotel, hopefully we will come back next year.
This hotel is really very good. The staff is really top notch!! We came with a rental car, as there was no space available, we were allowed to park for free in a parking garage that is accessible 24/7 and equipped with cameras. A driver took us there. So we had full confidence in this parking garage. The food was also very good. Check-in and check-out were very quick. The room was wonderful. Although the air conditioning had a few problems a few times, overall everything was perfect. This hotel has a SPA (Buddha Hammam SPA). The masseuse Gamze released the tension in my friend's shoulders and also explained his shoulder problems to him. Thanks again to Gamze!! :) Attractions by the sea are also great. I recommend the speedboat. The lady took us to some bays where we were allowed to swim. Really wonderfully beautiful. Also great for families.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Turkey. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the amazing staff. The hospitality was exceptional, and every team member was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was beautiful, spotless, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The all-inclusive experience exceeded all our expectations, especially the food. There was an incredible variety of delicious, high-quality dishes, and every meal was a pleasure. Everything about this hotel reflects luxury, comfort, and attention to detail. We stayed for two nights, and every moment was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey, and I will definitely come back again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Cracking I be back
Clean to the point staff were so polite food variety was best I ever seen in MARMARIS so much so I will re book and recommend many others they were kind enough to upgrade me as I mentioned TOOM was not small for me Overall they should be given 5 stars Slight slight issue the mattress bit. Uneven maybe it was just mine I have no complaints
