- • I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights between April 18-22. The internet connection in my room was very weak for the first two days. I reported this to the receptionist, told them that I conduct my work on the computer, and requested another room. They said they would take care of it, but no one contacted me afterwards. Fortunately, after two days, the internet started working in my room again. Another issue was the loud noise of the ventilation in the room at 1 am, waking me up from sleep. It sounded like an airplane landing on top of the room... Moreover, since there was a laundry room on the same floor as my room, there was constant noise at 8 in the morning, making it difficult for me to sleep. If there are such problems in rooms on the ground floor, why do you allocate these rooms to guests?
I was there in April, which is not the season... so there were few people at the hotel, it was quiet and nice. The staff is very friendly

- • I didn't like that the room was a bit small for a deluxe room, and the doors slam very loudly, waking you up from it
