Unfortunately, the hotel does not at all correspond to the photos presented on the website. The level of cleanliness was very inadequate: the furniture and curtains were in poor condition, some of the furniture was broken. The front door was broken throughout our stay. There was plenty of dishes, but they were so dirty that we were reluctant to use them. No dish soap or kitchen towels were provided. The curtains were stained, giving the impression that they had been used as hand towels instead of napkins. We also had to empty the air conditioner water that was leaking onto the balcony ourselves. The trash cans were not emptied unless we asked, and they accumulated in large quantities.

- • The only positive point was the location: close to the beach, cafes, and entertainment venues — we really liked the neighborhood. We also want to particularly thank the young man at the reception — he is one of the few people who treated us with humanity, care, and thoughtfulness. We are very grateful to him.

- • Probably the worst experience of my entire life. The staff was particularly unpleasant and unhelpful. On my arrival on the 1st day, well before the check-in time, I was denied access to the room even though I was accompanied by my three-year-old daughter, exhausted from the trip. The worst part is that I was asked to silence her, which is absurd for a child of that age. My daughter is very sociable by nature and simply said hi to people, but the staff had completely disproportionate reactions, as if her presence bothered them. To top it all off, since the early check-in was denied, I had to pay for the first night at a much higher rate than the one offered on Booking. I hate negativity, but that's the reality. The next day, when I had to settle the balance of my stay, the staff started knocking on my door more than ten times between 11:30 and noon. In addition to not understanding English or only understanding what suited them, their behavior was particularly provocative. Since they kept insisting and I just wanted to rest, I ended up paying directly from my room in cash, with €50 bills. They were supposed to give me change. However, I had to ask for my money more than ten times over three days. Each time, the staff evaded by referring me to someone else or to the manager. It is unacceptable to have to beg to get back your own money. I had to look for the cleaning ladies myself for toilet paper or clean towels. But the real nightmare was the presence of fleas and bedbugs. I spend my days scratching my whole body. The bites ended up getting infected and oozing, and my condition worsens day by day.

- • 1. The shower water does not drain, and there is a puddle in the bathroom. 2. The balcony doors do not close, you can only cover them because the handles are broken. 3. General room needs. 4. The safe does not work, and when we asked, they replied, 'Why do you need it today?' 5. The water stopped flowing in the toilet, and it was coming from the faucet. I told the manager, and he said that it was different water and a problem, and now it's like that throughout the hotel, but we checked in with 3 families, and the others had no issues with the toilet until I told him about it. We had to flush the toilet several times from a bucket successfully found under the sink in the living room because when we asked for a bucket, they said they would give us water soon. After that, he went to check and fixed the water in the toilet in 10 minutes (which supposedly was missing everywhere). 6. There is a washing machine, which is a plus, but there is nowhere to dry the laundry, which is a minus. When we asked for something to dry the laundry or at least a rope to hang it on the balcony, they said they would take care of everything. A technician came and started looking at the dishwasher, I told him I needed something else, not that, he looked at me and continued with the dishwasher, watched how it worked for 5 minutes, and just left. 7. Wi-Fi. Everything was fine for our relatives, but in our room, it only worked nominally; to open anything, we had to go out into the corridor. 8. Noise. This is one of the most important things if you are lucky not to encounter everything listed above. You can expect exciting and loud live music concerts from the cafe across the street. You will definitely hear them because the balcony doors do not close (we remember that). And this cafe is open until 1:00 in the morning. Moreover, the sound insulation inside the hotel is very poor; you can hear neighbors as if they are talking right next to you.
Good location, pleasant room, staff. The cost, I think, is also pleasant. There is one mini-market nearby, and plenty of cafes and restaurants around.

- • Among the negatives are not very convenient stairs, weak Wi-Fi that does not reach the 3rd floor well, and a not very wide bed
It can only be used for sleeping, of course, if the sheets are clean
