Very beautiful location, the beach and the location are simply a masterpiece. Responsive staff, I was given a very tired room, but the manager quickly resolved everything and moved us to an excellent room

- • At the reception of the mainland, when I was going through registration, there was a problem with payment for my stay. I initially wrote to the hotel that I am from Russia and I do not have a physical card for payment, I paid with a virtual one, but in fact, they demanded a physical card from me, so I had to pay on the spot, and that payment got stuck somewhere, they promised to return it within 45-60 days, I hope it will come back to me
Overall, the hotel and rooms are good. Although the furniture and equipment are outdated, the rooms are clean and have everything you need.

Organisationally, everything was good, including the transfers to and from the boat station. Smooth check in/out.

- • However, check-in was only available from 3:00 pm and not earlier. The hotel does not provide complimentary drinking water in the lobby upon arrival, even when requested. The cleanliness standard was quite low. The bathtub was dirty when we arrived, so we did not use it and only used the shower. The balcony was not cleaned at all during the whole stay and was cleaned before our arrival. The hotel was not very full, don’t know why they could not clean properly.
Good hotel, not new, but well-maintained. Few visitors, after Nha Trang it's quiet and peaceful. The territory is small, but has everything. Beach: sand, jellyfish are present (but it's a matter of luck, we got stung, but it's more like a slight burning, similar to a nettle sting, other visitors were less lucky, the lifeguard was pouring vinegar), there is a rip current - but this is common along the entire coast of Vietnam, the hotel is not to blame for this. Breakfasts and lunches are good, there is both European and Asian cuisine.

- • Paid with a virtual card. When checking in, they asked for a card, I showed that it was virtual, in Google Pay. The receptionist needed to verify it again, none of the terminals supported Google Pay. In the end, I had to run around and withdraw cash, pay an additional fee. The card payment was canceled, a refund was made, which has not yet been returned, $500 got stuck somewhere. I still don't understand why they needed my physical card, given that the hotel was fully paid, the money was deducted. Cash was accepted without any problems. I consider this a serious drawback, you don't always carry extra thousands of dollars with you.
Two nights on the island with full board, but just so-so.
The location is the only reason to come here. Two days in the park is enough, as there is nothing else to do there. Some attractions are closed. Queues for the remaining ones are up to three hours. If you want to get on the main attractions, you definitely need a hotel, then you will be among the first and will avoid the pleasure of standing in a human snake :)

- • The hotel is frankly greedy. Either take all-inclusive or pay for drinking water. There is no point in talking about the condition of the hotel. New hotels in Cam Ranh, in Nha Trang even a two-story suite at the Sheraton is very demanding of at least some amenities, or better a complete renovation.
An excellent option for relaxation only in the executive building
We returned to this hotel for the second time. Really like the beautiful grounds, pool, and lovely beach. Fell in love with having breakfast on the terrace with the birds singing. Booked a room in the Deluxe building overlooking the garden, regretted it, paid extra on the spot for the executive building with a sea view and I was happy. It was wonderful. It was a corner room on the 4th floor. The view was delightful, the room was spacious.

- • The room in the Deluxe building is too old, everything falls apart and stays in your hands when you touch it. The room itself is small and this shabbiness greatly spoils the impression. There was an unpleasant smell, I realized it was mold in the air conditioner! I do not recommend booking the Deluxe building, better go for the executive, there is no such shabbiness there
