Very friendly staff, Raffet helped us to finish planning our stay, communication was great, all the staff was very helpful, breakfast was really good, the room was comfortable, nice, clean, and the location was great. I’d come back to this hotel.

- • The smell of smoke from some corridors enters the rooms at times, lack of sufficient parking spaces
Excellent location, friendly staff, clean hotel
The location is ideal for exploring downtown Amman, very close to the amphitheater, Rainbow Street, food places, and souvenir shops, everything is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly at all times, the car was parked right at the hotel exit, it is not a closed parking lot, but I stayed for three nights and had no problems, the room has a minibar

- • Our TV did not work and they could not fix it, the hot water was somewhat intermittent while showering, but it did not become a big problem

Wonderful, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast and good location, easy walking distance to the vibrant downtown while being quiet and peaceful. Excellent value.
