Pleasant stay at the Bantree Apartments. Warm welcome, friendly staff - Would happily stay again.
From the moment we arrived, the welcome from the staff set the tone - they were genuinely warm, attentive, and made check-in feel effortless after a long journey. A special mention to Derrick, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and seamless for us.

Liked the decor, and the location. Loved the cleanliness of my apartment 10/10 due to my house keeper Gloria who was extremely professional, took pride in her work and her quality of housekeeping was consistent and exceptional.

- • Day 1 moved to a different hotel due maintenance issues. When we finally got to our designated apartment a day later, we had no WiFi which took hours to resolve, and we were left in the lurch with no communication from our host Mercy. The lack of communication wasn’t great. Had to ask for a hand dryer which should be standard in accommodation. The safe wasn’t working, again took a while to resolve. The bed was not comfortable, corners of the bed would just sink in and you felt like you were going to fall through the bed. The bed itself felt uneven, high in middle so you felt like you would roll down from it. Bathroom sink leaked leaving pool of water in the cabinet underneath and on the floor when used.

- • There was no air conditioning in my room. B306 My host was not that helpful. She was in a rush and did not actually take time to orient and welcome me well to the apartment
