- • The room was changed more than once, twice because the door is faulty and cannot be closed; and I was moved to a room lower than the level of the room I booked without compensating the price difference between the two rooms .. which exceeds $50 .. and when I checked out, the employee wanted 400 pounds for a special towel card that I had originally left in the room series they made me move around

Great location, excellent view, respectful and amazing team especially Ms. Rawan, Mr. Mohamed, and Mr. Islam, and the entire restaurant team are very cooperative to the fullest
