Perfect choice for an overnight stay as a family
The location, the nice, spacious, clean family room, and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast buffet really surprised us in terms of choice and freshness.

Very nice and cozy hotel in a wonderful picturesque place. Friendly staff, helped a lot in many ways. The breakfasts are simply incredible. Highly recommend the hotel.

- • The hotel had a slight musty smell and the room smelled as if a pack of dogs had stayed there before. We survived for one night.

- • Even though we had no troubles with the hotel itself or its equipment and staff, there was one aspect of our room that was very disturbing for us. We had the room with the balcony fully shared with another room (no partition). This left us with ZERO privacy once the people from the other room were there, given that our only window is right by their door. Even with curtains, it is very easy to look inside. Unfortunately for us, our neighbors loved staying on the balcony until very late in the evening, making us feel like we were in someone else’s space the whole time.

Nice location, but unfortunately we would not come back!
The accommodation is nicely located, has good bus connections, making the journey to Innsbruck and the surrounding area super uncomplicated. The staff was also friendly!

- • Unfortunately, the breakfast was not very varied, things were missing every day that were not replenished promptly. Sometimes cups or bowls were missing. In addition, we must criticize the accessibility and data protection. We found it somewhat unsettling that the reception was poorly staffed, and when we had an issue, a service staff member tried very hard to help, but the correct contact person could not be reached for the necessary support. The room keys with the names of the newly arriving guests were left on the counter for hours every day. This means that everyone has access to the hotel and can take a key with the name of the actual guest. Lastly, we would like to mention that the cleaning of the rooms was a disaster for us in terms of the process. The cleaning staff sits in the hallway with their phone on the laundry basket with clean laundry. This actually left us speechless. Furthermore, the dirty laundry was thrown into the hallway. I have never experienced such cleaning in any accommodation. One day we had no clean towels, but it was difficult to get them upon request due to the inadequate presence of the staff. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place.
