Great hotel with friendly staff
The friendly staff, they were helpful, especially Mehmet (director) was very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is also good. Safe for families.

The staff were cooperative and helpful, especially the lady front desk manager. Also the reception clerks including Zahra. The white hair officer, unfortunately I don’t recall the names.

New and clean, including the surrounding area which has been converted into a small park, with an outdoor lounge to chill and relax. Good restaurant, even though slightly expensive, and a coffee shop on the premises. Nice breakfast. Bus stop in two minutes and metro in less than fifteen, near a mall where you could get decent food and some shopping options.

- • A bit remote. The surrounding district isn’t that great, but the whole city is like that, whether on the Asian or European side.
