- • The decor was stylish and beautiful, but the amenities, especially the bathroom and doors, were poor. Poor quality and execution.

- • Few restaurants, long waits in the restaurant even though it was empty. Everything was complicated to get what we wanted. Yoga classes but no available instructor. Gym manager not present to provide explanations.
We had a very lovely stay at Zen Wellness Resort in Aswan. From the warm welcome to the farewell, the whole team was incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay. The location is quite remote and far from the city center, but if you don’t mind commuting to the sights, it’s a very peaceful and relaxing place away from the hectic atmosphere of Aswan. The facilities were great, especially the gym. The room had everything we needed, housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and breakfast was very enjoyable and had everything we were looking for. A special thank you to the entire staff — reception, housekeeping, and especially the breakfast team — for always being welcoming and smiling.

- • The only small downside for us was that the upselling of massages and treatments sometimes felt a little too pushy. Still, this was only a minor point and did not really affect what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

- • I don't know if it was the opening! The staff is very kind but poorly trained: the photos of the villa indicated a kitchen but it was not finished. The pool in our villa complex had a small pool downstairs that was green even though there was no one in the hotel and they could have easily given us another villa. Upon arrival, besides the breakfast information, very little information from the staff, two or three people who speak English, that's all. We chose this villa because there was a very well-equipped gym, gourmet cuisine, yoga classes by the pool, etc. Upon arrival, nothing at all. My children asked to go to the gym, it was a very small room with a bike, so nothing like what was in the photo. When we booked massages, we went out in bathrobes and were taken to a van that was 30 years old, and the spa is not in the residence but a 10-minute drive away. Similarly, without being informed beforehand. No gourmet dishes at the restaurant. I really don't understand what the management plans for this hotel, but you need to organize yourselves because the ratings may be bad!

Located outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Aswan. Beautiful view. Delicious and extensive breakfast. Restaurant offers tasty food. Everything neat, hygienic, and in order. Received a breakfast box upon our early check-out.
