I would definitely stay again but bring packing cubes for organising clothes (& toilet rolls!)
Great space, maddening details The suite itself is genuinely impressive, beautiful fixtures and fittings, a massive bathroom, a lovely bedroom, very comfortable bed and lounge that all feel very high end. I have been lucky enough to stay in some excellent hotels all over the world and this was up there with the best. The bar area is a real highlight, especially the hot and cold tap which is a great touch. The master kill switch next to the bed is genius, all hotels should have one! The controls were very easy to use but could have done with a few more options. Shower was awesome. Room service food was excellent but very limited menu.

- • Maybe small points but such a shame they spent all that money and didnt get the practical details right. No usable drawers. Anywhere in the suite, not in the bedroom, bathroom, or in the massive dressing room. No desk or dressing table either. Very lilmited hanging space, so we ended up living out of our suitcase the whole time, which in a suite this size is a really strange call. The bathroom had single-ply toilet paper, one spare roll, and no toilet brush. How exactly are you supposed to clean the toilet! The toilet sits right next to the bed, the big impressive sliding doors into the bathroom don't lock and neither does the glass toilet door, which also does absolutely nothing for sound insulation. If they had just swapped the shower cubicle with the toilet it would have been heaps better. Bath sheets would have been more luxurious than bath towels - just saying! Air con in the bedroom and lounge had to be set the same, not ideal when they're separate rooms. The sofa was uncomfortable without piling half the bed pillows on it. Lighting was either soft or bright with no way to turn individual lights on or off independently. Sound proofing from outside is actually good, until there's an event on and you can hear the bass thumping right through the room. The corridor is a different story, every door opening and closing is clearly audible, but it wasn't that busy so bearable. House keeping was generally good only one day it was very sloppy. The carpet is very loud! Room service menu was very very limited. Never seen anything like it in all my travels. However, the food we ordered was great and mainly arrived piping hot except one breakfast.

Great Stay
We had a fantastic stay. The location was absolutely amazing — close to everything and very convenient. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and well maintained, which made the whole experience really comfortable and relaxing. Staff were friendly, and overall it was a great place to stay. Would definitely come back again.
