- • The check-in staff - they were rude and quite obnoxious refusing to allow me to amend the booked dates and charging me in full for no reason. It was not explained that the reservations team were not available to assist as it was a Saturday - thereby wasting 1 hour of our time after a very long flight before checking us in.
