- • The staff at the first reception was very rude and harsh, then at the poolside, they refused to charge the menu I ate because I didn't have a card on me, and they never accepted it, and they didn't leave me until I paid with me. Cards are used everywhere for security reasons. Although I requested two rooms on the same floor for my children, they were accommodated on different floors, and when I asked for a change, they demanded an extra $150 for a different room.

Nice common areas, comfortable room, and friendly staff. We relaxed at the spa and enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurants.

Great stay!
The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. And great location by the river. The kitchen staff, especially Ahmed, made breakfast very special for us!
