- • Very bad service throughout the hotel. Starting because I requested two glasses and supposedly they charged for bringing them to the room. What a horror. At the pool, I asked for a bottle of water and supposedly it took 45 minutes to bring it. And the worst part, when I went to leave the parking lot, supposedly I had to pay a 50% fee. How is it possible to charge guests for parking. It's not right. And as if that weren't enough, one of the receptionists I complained to was very inattentive. You can be sure that I will never return to that hotel

- • The general cleanliness of the hotel, the windows, the glass walls of the dining room, and the elevators were really dirty. The blackout of the room windows is in a very bad state, lacks a gym, and the pool is really small and deserves better cleaning!! There is no complimentary water in the rooms with the room rate, which is the minimum expected.
