Outstanding hotel with heavenly beds and an incredible shower! Just WOW. The staff were so friendly and kind, shout out to Mateo! We'd had a long flight from London before going on to the Galapagos the following day and this was perfection. I'd stayed at another hotel in the area the year before for the same cost and this was far superior. The food was super delicious with an incredible breakfast! Everything you can imagine and more was on offer. We slept so well! Thank you to all the staff - AMAZING short stay!

- • I scheduled an airport pickup in advance and the transfer did not arrive. I called and they told me they had been waiting for me, which I doubt because I was one of the first to leave as soon as the plane landed and I had no luggage. They said it would arrive in 7 minutes. After 20 minutes, it still hadn't arrived, and the Holiday Inn driver took me to the hotel.
