- • The accommodation was charged to my card in several installments. The three items matched the final bill. However, at the final closing, the first item was modified to the final amount and the other two items remained pending with a note of accounting. When I pointed out the problem, the person from the hotel who was handling it did not apologize or try to find a solution in a manner worthy of the Hilton hotel, instead tried to lecture me that it's not true how difficult I am, it's not their fault, they can't do anything... it's the bank's fault... it happens often... I will get my money back. Indeed, after 3 weeks, the money was returned to the account, but the amount was not modified by the bank. Since it has happened several times, it is worth paying attention to this unpleasant matter.
