Great Rooms, Service not so much.
One of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed at. The attention to detail and the artworks are just spectacular.

- • 3 people standing at a table in the midle of the hallway is not a reception. For the likes of the hotel, the reception is a joke, along with the staff. Untrained, unqualified, and more eager to find problems than solutions.

- very convenient location; - the staff and service are very pleasant! The room was cleaned several times a day, prepared for the night, always fresh towels - at the same time, we never met with the staff in the room; - there is a faucet with filtered water in the room - no need to endlessly think about replenishing water supplies, it is always there; - there is indeed a free constantly replenished mini bar in the room with non-alcoholic drinks and beer, as well as cookies and tea; for tea, there is a large teapot - tea lovers will appreciate it); - I read in reviews that someone is embarrassed by the proximity to the shopping center, but I consider it a plus - shopping at Pacific Place is wonderful, I constantly visited there)

- • a couple of small minuses that are more than compensated by positive moments: - there is no usual lobby with a bar in the hotel, as the hotel is located on the upper floors of the building; - the breakfast could be tastier in such a great place) bacon and beans in the English breakfast are so-so, but maybe the hotel focuses on the Chinese breakfast, which we did not try;
