- very convenient location; - the staff and service are very pleasant! The room was cleaned several times a day, prepared for the night, always fresh towels - at the same time, we never crossed paths with the staff in the room; - there is a faucet with filtered water in the room - no need to endlessly think about replenishing water supplies, it is always there; - there is indeed a complimentary constantly replenished mini bar in the room with non-alcoholic drinks and beer, as well as cookies and tea; there is a large teapot for tea brewing - tea lovers will appreciate); - I read in reviews that some people are bothered by the proximity to the shopping center, but I consider it a plus - shopping at Pacific Place is wonderful, I visited there constantly)

- • a couple of small downsides that are more than compensated by positive moments: - there is no usual lobby with a bar in the hotel, as the hotel is located on the upper floors of the building; - the breakfast could be tastier in such a great place) bacon and beans in the English breakfast are so-so, but maybe the hotel focuses on the Chinese breakfast, which we did not try;

- • The room we got initially was not what we booked, but the hotel quickly fixed it.
I look forward to visiting again soon.
What I liked most was the calm atmosphere and the excellent team that run the front of house. Nothing was a problem and all requests were dealt with efficiently and with a smile.

- • The only slightly disappointing area was the small outside area which seemed a bit of an afterthought.

- • customer service was good, but not excellent (forgot about the birthday cake, slow response on some requests) gym was rather small breakfast was average (not even including champagne in the hotel, where the room costs 1000+ USD)
If staying on a business trip is possible, but it is difficult to describe as comfortable.
The location is not bad, the bathroom design is quite comfortable.

- • The hotel breakfast needs a major improvement, not only is the dining space small, but the quality of the menu also does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. The beds in the hotel rooms are not very comfortable, which is quite different from other five-star hotels.
