Very good, with excellent staff in their attention, location, value for money, and on top of that a super spectacular view towards the Nile, sunset over the Nile, it's like a movie.

- • They lost my luggage at check out and delivered them to another passenger's bus. I had to demand and wait 1 hour for the return of the luggage.

It depends on the rooms. Rooms overlooking the plaza are old and not great, rooms with a Nile view are renovated, clean, and have better amenities, larger TVs, etc.
