الغرف كانت نظيفة ومريحة. كان الموقع قريبًا من الهرم. العاملون - نور، فاطمة، محمد، وعلي كانوا رائعين. خاصة الكثير من الحب للعزيزة نور وفاطمة على حسن ضيافتهم ودفئهم الذي جعلنا نشعر وكأننا في منزلنا. كانت فاطمة لطيفة بما فيه الكفاية لتحضير الشاي الزنجبيل الهندي بالحليب لنا في الصباح. نود أن نعود إلى القاهرة ونبقى مع هذه العائلة مرة أخرى 💜💜💜

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What made my experience even better was the amazing staff. Special thanks to Saif from the reservations team, Eman at the reception, and Boulos from the reception as well. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable during my stay, which meant a lot to me. The location was also perfect. I attended a wedding nearby and visited the Egyptian Museum the next day. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to both the museum and the Pyramids. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Good value for money, but there is not really a view of the pyramids.
The rooms were clean, and the staff was kind and flexible. There was no extra charge for late check-out, and they provided shuttle service to the airport upon request.

- • Based on the pictures and the name of the accommodation, we expected a rooftop terrace, which was not available. They likely forgot about the prepaid dinner and brought it over from a nearby place. There were only two not-so-great options to choose from; if we had known this, we wouldn't have paid for it.
The room was very clean and tidy, and the two female staff members, along with the other handsome young man, were very friendly. The hotel is located between the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids, making transportation very convenient!

- • I found the area around the hotel a bit less appealing. However, there were nice restaurants nearby.

- • Bad smell in the room and non-functional TV. The hotel was kind enough to change my room, but the only available one had a strong smell of cold tobacco. The rooms are not soundproof; you can hear the street and the coming and going of neighboring rooms.
