It was a really pleasant stay and a great place to relax and start and end the day
In the hotel room, the whole concept was worked out in detail, it felt right in line with the rest of the hotel. Also cool that you could refill your water bottle in the hallway on the floor where you stayed.

- • For me, the bed was way too soft, I am also very curious about the materials used for the mattress. It feels 'different' from what I am used to from a good quality hotel bed. Despite having air conditioning in the room, the bedding feels damp? It would help if there were cleaning supplies in the gym to clean up after yourself, like handles and the spots where you sit or lie. There are 3 elevators... but because guests are impatient, all 3 elevators are often 'called', resulting in elevators stopping unnecessarily on every floor, especially during rush hours... and if you want to go down to the 12th floor...

- • The price of 300 euros for 1 night just because it was Tomorrowland, but especially the refusal of Booking and A-Stay to move to another date at a normal price
Good location. Room was very nice and the facilities of the hotel were great. Loved the self-service bar/shop - super handy for all hours.

More thorough maintenance of plumbing and drains is needed. And I think it is worth paying more attention to the guests

- • The drain in the shower was not working. Even with careful use, water was all over the floor - the door was glass and did not close at the bottom by ~1.5cm. Moved to another room with one bed (we had 2 beds) and without a curtain - stayed with an adult grandson...
