Low-key spot in the heart of La Valeta, surrounded by great food, bars, and shops—skip the room service, (there isn’t any)

Amazing stay!
The decor and vibe are stunning and very zen! (The tiles were a deciding factor in me booking!) Great location for Calle 7 neighbourhood and exploring downtown Tulum. The staff - Naomi and Julia - were brilliant, welcoming and hopeful with their recommendations! The cocktails poolside were some of the best of our trip. Would 100% recommend!

- • Everything was amazing - although the playlist was slightly repetitive ‘you never can tell’ will be the song of our stay!
Stay in Tulum
Slightly off-center from downtown, this hotel offers a quiet and relaxing setting that we particularly enjoyed. The terrace and rooftop are very pleasant. The early evening bar service is also appreciated.

- • The availability of free or rental bikes would be useful given the distances to cover from the reception. It would also be interesting to offer more variety at breakfast, which is the same every day and deserves to be refreshed.

Very good location, staff rather pleasant overall. Simple but effective breakfast. The pool is a marvel. The bar is very convenient. Restaurants nearby.

- • Very poorly soundproofed (between rooms and the music outside as well, Tulum is a lively city). So we only slept 3 hours the first night because of the noise, but the team kindly agreed to change our room afterwards...
