- • Very think walls, and extremely noisy neighbors. A family was trying to get into the apartment for about half an hour in the middle of the night (1 am) and yelling a lot in the hallway. Some hair on bed but overall clean. Very few amenities. No closet, not even a rod and a hanger to hang my shirt up. 4 soaps but 0 shampoos/conditioners.
We did not like it at all, it was disappointing and the service was poor. We arrived for two nights to a cramped room with a bad smell. There were hairs on the towel we received on the bed. At night, the smoke detector kept beeping and startled us several times. The next night when we returned to the room, the air conditioner broke down and emitted a really bad smell, it was stuffy and there was no fresh air. The bathroom had a serious blockage and emitted a very bad smell. We were disappointed and left the hotel and the room in the middle of the night.

- • The service was unresponsive. The representative answered us while half asleep, and the next day no one answered the phone all day.

- • The hotel is a hotel without staff so there is no one to talk to about things, the staircase was dirty and the entrance as well, the water flow was not continuous in the shower, there was loud noise from the street at 6 in the morning. The walls of the room were dirty and peeling, and the furniture was old.

- • the shower is not good the water doesn't stay in between, few seconds it becomes cold and after a few seconds it becomes hot. .. better fix the heating system. I don't know if this is a problem for the entire unit or only the room that I had on the 3rd floor with balcony
It was a one star hotel.
The location at Ben Yehuda street was superb. There was a bed, a toilet, and a shower and that was what I needed.

- • It was once made nicely but is not maintained. The shower was broken. The water was then hot then cold. The toilet was constantly running. In the staircase, it was very dirty. For this price, it could have been much better
