Fantastic Mohamed! Very kind and fully supportive for any need. Wonderful structure very suitable for families with children, a paradise for the little ones. They even upgraded us to a sea view room, much appreciated! Perhaps the only thing not up to par is the coral reef, let's say there are better options in the area but with a couple of short excursions (e.g. Abu Dabbab, which is a 15-minute taxi ride away) you can enjoy a wonderful reef accessible directly from the beach, suitable even for less experienced swimmers, where you can also admire the wonderful turtles

The structure is new and there are many pools and restaurants. Wi-Fi is available throughout the structure and there is no area where it doesn't work. The staff is friendly and always available to meet every need. A special thanks to Mohamed Khaled, an exceptional person, kind and very professional. He welcomed us from the first day without ever leaving us alone. We felt pampered throughout our stay
