I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Pickalbatros Villaggio PortoVino Marsa Alam for their exceptional care and hospitality during our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Khaled for his warm and genuine welcome from the very first moment we arrived at the reception. He made us feel truly welcomed and helped make the check-in process smooth and quick. We were also very happy with the location of our room, which had a beautiful sea view. The sea at the resort is absolutely amazing, and the snorkeling experience was truly exceptional. We saw a huge variety of beautiful fish, and the children were extremely excited and happy throughout our stay. There were so many activities and entertainment options for them. They especially enjoyed the water games and had a wonderful time with the animation team. Many thanks to all the reception staff for their kindness and helpfulness, and a special thank you to all the chefs and restaurant staff. The food quality was excellent, with a great variety of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The different restaurants and dining options throughout the resort made every meal enjoyable and offered plenty of variety. Our room was spacious and very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. Everything about the resort was wonderful—from the service and food to the beach, snorkeling, activities, and overall atmosphere. We had a truly memorable stay, and I would definitely love to visit this resort again and again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable and special

All. It is impossible to limit oneself to just a few words about Pickalbatros. First of all, Mohamed Khaled is a special person. A true reference point for the entire holiday. He assisted and helped us with patience and commendable professionalism. Then, it is impossible to express the beauty and quality of the rest of the structure. Extremely clean rooms and very kind staff. Rich and delicious breakfast and meals, for all tastes. Wonderful sea and pools. Maniacal attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone who loves the Red Sea and Egypt in general. We are already looking forward to returning!

A fairy tale

The village is very beautiful and very large (you can move around with the shuttle...with golf carts or rickshaws...what a laugh)...superbly maintained in the environments and gardens...excellent cleanliness in every place. The water park is really beautiful and well maintained...like all the other pools always supervised by attentive lifeguards...Kind and attentive staff...there are 5 restaurants included in the package and 2 à la carte...the variety of food (let's remember that we are 4 hours away by plane from Italy)! and the themed evenings are special...the evening shows are truly beautiful and done by professionals...the animation team is nice and never intrusive...alooo allooooo The beach is very large with a place for everyone...a pier to access a beautiful coral reef...with the lifeguards Ali and Mahmoud (who speaks a little Italian) very kind and attentive. We were given a room upgrade and we were given a beautiful room close to everything...A TRUE ALL INCLUSIVE But I feel I must give special credit to the legendary Mohamed...he followed us from before the start of the holiday to the end...making our stay even more special with extreme attention to all requests making us feel at home, always available and kind...Not only highly recommended but we will definitely return
