An absolutely magical stay, marked by exceptional hospitality, magnificent attentions, and a very grand staff
Simply everything! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with absolutely exceptional attention. I was especially surprised to receive a magnificent cake for my birthday, an attention that touched me immensely and made our stay even more special. I also had the chance to interact with Franck, Pierre, and Louis, who all demonstrated remarkable professionalism, availability, and kindness. They were extremely competent and attentive, always there to assist us and allow us to fully enjoy all the facilities and services of the establishment. A truly exceptional experience, worthy of this legendary place.

- • Service was hit and miss, service with an attitude and when paying 2000 USD a night I would expect service to be outstanding, during breakfast often I was not greeted but said want coffee? and others were greeted etc, so do think service levels are equal to everyone
Ticked off the list but don’t feel the draw to return
Iconic building with unmatched history Staff were friendly

- • No coffee facility in the room!! Bath amenities are not plentiful or as high end as I would expect Bath water stopper didn’t work No signature scent to the hotel - surprising they haven’t considered that as a branding opportunity 45 minute delay to check in (past 3pm) with no goodwill offer other than a sorry…..
We had the most fabulous stay for our honeymoon. The staff, particularly Maria at the front desk, were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful and the staff at the pool were wonderfully attentive. Our perfect stay was capped off with the lovely Jeremy at the Polo Lounge - excellent as always!
