- • 1. I think the concierge and reception team need to improve. They provide wrong information, I asked for help to book Fasano do Boa Vista and they said it was full and couldn't be reserved. We went anyway and the restaurant was empty. We asked for information about the restaurants in the shopping mall right in front of the hotel and they didn't know anything. Also, for a high standard hotel like this, they need to improve processes and service standards. I went 3 times with a baby. The first time the room was fully equipped with baby items (crib, bathtub, anti-odor trash can). The second time there was only the crib. The third time I had to ask in advance to make sure there was a bathtub. And I think they could improve the restaurant menu with different options because it has been the same menu for lunch and dinner forever.
Ok but for a top hotel brand new some bad experience.

- • Bathtub in the room takes long to fill, and there was a leakage that made the floor wet. No Netflix on TV, you had to mirror your cell phone.
Excellent!
Wonderful breakfast, very good service. Pleasant, friendly staff. It was very pleasant. They prepared everything for my pet and were sweet to her and to my 2-year-old daughter as well.

- • The check-in was delayed a bit, I think it could have been courteously anticipated since 5 pm is quite late. But that's it.
