- • The staff is unpleasant, no smiles, they forced us to pay for an extra bed on the spot for a 4-year-old child who slept with us. The pool was dirty, with broken tiles. My son got hurt badly. The rooms are really old-fashioned. Breakfast is not even in this hotel; you have to walk 5 minutes to get there, which was not specified before booking and not very good.

- • The beds were typically very hard as in Thailand. The air conditioning was installed across from the beds in such a way that it blew towards the headboard.
We vacationed in April-May 2026, a family of 2 adults + 4 children. Good hotel, clean rooms, perfect location near the pier yet in a quiet alley, not noisy. We stayed here for 5 days. We rented 2 rooms, one separate for adults with a baby and one for 3 children. They provided a free crib for the baby. We left the stroller downstairs at the reception to avoid carrying it up to the room.

- • Breakfasts: the first days were buffet style, in the last 2 days for some reason they removed the buffet and you had to order from the waiter, inconvenient. Probably due to the small number of guests in the hotel.
