- • The person working at night at the reception had the brilliant idea to send someone to check if I was inside of my room at 2:30am. I woke up all confused upon hearing someone beating on my door and calling “madam” out loud. I wasn’t able to go back to sleep afterwards. The reception guy said that he did such a thing because he noticed that my room external light was off and he wanted to confirm that I was actually in the room. Why he needed to confirm this at 2:30am, scaring a guest, waking me up… and why someone like him is even working in the reception of a hotel. Worst experience ever.

- • No cleaning during the whole stay not even emptying bins. Food was terrible quality - never had so poor quality in India. Food was in the cellar in a fridge (it was so cold). First room wasn't cleaned properly, Floor was dirty & bedsheets as well. Quite noisy as directly on a road & windows are not closing properly.
