Price could have been far more for what they’re offering. Will be my go to for when I visit my family in the area.
Great owners, very happy to help and offered prompt communication. Solid new build house, no creaks, well insulated and kept cool during a hot summer day. Provided amenities were of great quality. Bathroom felt premium. Smart TV’s in rooms were convenient (despite having to connect to mobile hotspot as the TV doesn’t connect to home Wi-Fi). Quiet area, with provided parking, hence the high score for location. Big fan of the fruit shortbread biscuits too 😃

- • Issue with TV not connecting to property Wi-Fi. Easily resolved, this place is better than some £150+ per night stays I’ve been to.

- • Another chair would have been nice, as with only one, there was nowhere to sit apart from the bed for one guest. Also a small coffee table to put a cuppa on.
Our host was welcoming and lovely and we were very impressed by the unexpected breakfast extras, fresh milk, etc. it tot
Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Located near the Stalybridge railroad, clean and new rooms with very helpful staff.
The staff was very friendly and helped me whenever I asked for it. The proprietor quickly came to my room to answer questions or provide needed kitchen utensils or cereals.
