- • In our bedroom, room 506, first of all, the AC is not operating well, the room is not cold. In the bathroom, there's not enough water coming out of the faucet, especially the shower. Television is not operating.

Absolutely do not recommend – a filthy rat-infested place.

- • During our stay, we repeatedly encountered multiple rats moving between rooms and floors through an open wooden shaft inside the building. One rat was seen in the corridor dragging a dead cockroach. Another ran into a neighboring room where rat droppings were found. We informed the staff several times; their response was a smile and dismissive gestures, with no attempt to resolve the issue. Due to serious hygiene and safety concerns, we were forced to leave immediately and find alternative accommodation. The hotel refuses any refund, despite being provided with clear evidence. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, and I also do not recommend Booking.com, which failed to handle this case properly despite the severity of the situation.
