Quiet and relaxing accommodation experience
The resort is surrounded by greenery, and I really liked the quiet atmosphere here. The surroundings of the room were calm, and my daily tiredness was thoroughly healed. I could have breakfast delivered to my room, which was voluminous and delicious. The staff was kind, and overall, it was a very relaxing accommodation experience. I would like to come back when I want to spend some quiet time.

- • Breakfast is terrible as it's a set menu with 4 options, meaning you eat the same breakfast every single day! The balcony overlooks the road, and there is a super loud AC machine outside. The transfer to town was repeatedly canceled without any compensation, and we had to book our own transport 3 times. There is nothing to do there except Lio beach. If you are hungry after 22:00, you have no option but to go into town. The hotel cannot provide anything to eat after 10 pm, not even a bread. Cool concept but underwhelming.

Perfect location, close to the beach
We spent a few very relaxing days here. We were particularly pleased with the great location in Lio, just a two-minute walk to the beach, perfect for a morning stroll. The airport is also nearby, making the arrival very convenient. The entire resort is surrounded by greenery, and the modern Japanese design blends well with the natural surroundings. The room is comfortable, quiet, with a large bed, and the bathroom even has two sinks!

Great lodging experience, excellent facilities
I really liked the architecture and facilities here, with cross-design stairs and a courtyard pool ideal for relaxing in the afternoon, but there is no gym. The room has a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker (with complete cutlery!), the Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom is very good, the bed is comfortable, and there are even electric curtains! The Japanese ambiance in wooden tones combined with the green of the window makes me want my home to be like this too! The free shuttle service to the airport made the arrival much easier, and it's very close!

Quiet vacation with friends
We spent a wonderful end to our holiday here with a group of friends. This place combines modern Japanese design with the surrounding greenery, making it a very peaceful gathering spot. The room has a small kitchen, so we could easily buy some food and drinks to enjoy while chatting. We also really liked the pool in the middle and walking to Lio Beach, which is just a few minutes away. The breakfast in the morning was good! Overall, highly recommended!

Absolutely exceptional - can't recommend enough
This hotel is exceptional! From the moment we arrived, everything was outstanding. The location is stunning, Lio beach is only a 2-minute walk away, there are loads of lovely restaurants along the beach, and the airport is just 5 minutes away. Our room was beautiful, possibly the nicest we've ever stayed in, with amazing views of the jungle (and monkeys walking past!). Every little detail has been thought about, even down to the Dyson hairdryer! The free shuttle goes into El Nido town every hour so the distance is not an issue. We also booked our tours and transfers through reception, which made the whole process really easy. This hotel has sister hotels in El Nido town and at Nacpan beach, which means you can use their facilities for free (sunset at Nacpan is amazing). Lastly, the staff here are so lovely and thoughtful, they really made our stay special. Neil and Joemar, in particular, were amazing and so helpful - thank you so much for everything!
