Spacious apartment, ideal for a longer stay in Buenos Aires.
We stayed for almost 2 weeks. The apartment is very spacious, great for a family stay. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, a stove and an oven. There was also a coffee machine and a water boiler present. The location is good. It's not in Palermo though, but in Villa Crespo, close to Palermo. Good restaurants and bars are in walking distance. Our host, Lucia, was great, she was always available for questions and made sure we got what we needed.

- • At first glance, the apartment looks very luxurious, but there are things that need fixing or updating. These are minor things though. Housekeeping often forgot something, e.g. new towels. We weren't that happy with the cleaning in general. Luckily Lucia managed to resolve a lot of issues for us. The apartment is quite noisy; there's quite some street noise, which surprised me as it's a relatively quiet area. And you could hear noises from the other apartments. We were mostly out, so not that big of a deal for us, but it is good to know.

Excellent experience.
We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment on the 9th floor. The size is great for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is well equipped, but we used it very little because we had almost all our meals outside and only had 2 breakfasts in the apartment. The bathrooms are very good. The reception staff is very attentive. The cleaning was very good. What surprised us was the apartment's heating system that kept the floor warm, ideal for those traveling with children. We couldn't use the balcony because we had a cold front and it was impossible to stay outdoors.
