We had a wonderful stay at Borg El Arab Beach Resort! Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. The private beach was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean. A special thanks to the amazing animation team for their enthusiasm and fun activities throughout the day. They created a lively atmosphere while making everyone feel welcome without being intrusive. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, this resort offers a fantastic combination of comfort, great food, beautiful surroundings, and excellent entertainment. We highly recommend it and would definitely love to come back!

Very reasonable experience but still misses some enhancements
The resort offers a nice beach experience and variety of luxurious areas and sitting places with various activities around the pools. The room was nice and comfortable. They offer free parking. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast food is very good. And special thanks to Marawan for his decent service and attitude. He did a good favor for us in the view selection and cared for our needs. Ahmed & Asmaa

- • - High prices for Egyptians against value for even breakfast only. - Quality of drinks was not the best. - The beach staff was not very professional in some aspects in how they deal with each other and how they overwatch the guests. - We had to pay extra money as difference between US dollars and Egyptian pounds due to their system uncorrected formula, but they compensated us with some free drinks which were relatively expensive. - I do not recommend sea side rooms, they are renovated but they overlook on unfinished buildings. - Sea view rooms need some renovations and air conditioning sound was very high and disturbing - The Sea water was not clean and full of plant remnants which make swimming a very bad experience and I don’t know if this is changeable in seasons or controllable.

I had a wonderful stay at the resort. The sandy beach was beautiful and clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. I would especially like to thank Mr. Attia at the restaurant for his outstanding service, kindness, and warm hospitality. He made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

- • The only issue during my stay was the Wi-Fi connection. It was very weak and unreliable, and most of the time it wasn't working properly. I hope this can be improved for future guests.
Comfortable stay, variable activities, good food quality
A good location, not so far. Good sanitation, clean rooms, clean facilities all over around. Friendly staff, fast responding to any issue. Very polite and professional room service. Many thanks to the reception team and guest relations staff especially Mr. Marwan for his efforts, fast response, and his professional care of our peace of mind
