Borg el Arab resort is my new home, it was my first-time stay but definitely not the last.

My review will be a long, honest, and sincere one, so please read it fully: I loved the resort, from my entrance, I was received by Mr. Alaa who was very welcoming and made our stay feel like home. The reservation was very smooth, quick, and our room was upgraded to a suite with a premium sea view as a compliment which made our stay even better! Mr. Alaa was checking on us and our needs on a daily basis and facilitating anything we wanted. I can’t thank you enough, Mr. Alaa, for making Borg el Arab my favorite resort. 🎊🎊🎊 For the breakfast and dinner, I loved the food varieties served every day and I have to thank Mr. Attia and Mr. Elsayed, the restaurant managers, and their team for their hospitality and offering help whenever needed. Their Good Morning greetings with a smile always made my day. ✨⭐️🌟✨ They planned a fascinating surprising birthday celebration for my mum which was super lovely and here I have to cheer for the lovely chef of Pastry, Chef Sayed, for the nice birthday cake which was made with love 💚 The entertainment activities with the animation team from the pool, sports, GYM were nice and the lovely parties done at night made us all engaged and entertained. Every single bit of the day was really fun, staying over the beach was calm & relaxing and because it’s spacious we never felt it crowded. The location is very close to Cairo, so you don’t have to drive a lot and it’s convenient from Alamein road.

Hotel is very, very nice in everything: location, clean, amazing breakfast, housekeeping staff was very kind and polite, they are trying to help us. I faced one issue in my room, immediately they rectified it also. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa in the reception lobby, he was very interested in getting it done to ensure we have received a better stay.
