The property is exactly what you want it to be. From hospitality to Stay every feels top notch. Especially the owner is a GEM OF A PERSON - Mr Dung, he will go to any extent to make sure ypu have the best of best everything. The breakfast is something you can die for, He booked my coconut village ride + My journey from Hoi An to Ninh Binh with HK busline at a very cost effective price. Even 100 🎖️ would be less. Thank you everyone - This place is superb highly recommended for families and Indians.

The property is a 10-minute walk from the center, so it’s quieter. Large and comfortable bed.

- • The room had signs of mold on the walls and a bad smell. In the bathroom, under the sink, a puddle of water would form, but it was unclear where it was coming from. I reported the issue, but no action was taken.

Nice location, just 5 mins walking from old city. Great breakfast. Owners are friendly, and they will help you with whatever u need. Totally recommend.
