- • Service of the staff, While check-in they don’t ask for any deposit. While we place the food order they are coming with the bill. I ask them if we can pay all together while checking out. But they denied and held the food without serving.

- • Staff (not all) at reception are not trained up to the mark. I find them smiling with no patience to attend the guests, always seems to be in a hurry. They should be trained more to become efficient, otherwise, this hotel will earn a bad name. Sorry to say that this is my first-ever review that's not positive.
Very nice hotel, absolutely recommendable!
We only stayed here for one night (before our return flight). We stayed on the 21st floor and the view was a dream. The room was very clean and very modern. We would have liked to stay longer :)

- • The hotel is huge and the corridors are very long. We were sometimes very disoriented, especially the elevators were confusing as not all of them go to the same floors.

- • Booked a pool-facing room, but constantly disturbed by amplified music coming from the pool area. Sometimes very late into the night. The food at the restaurants was terrible and overpriced.
