Clean and comfortable place
Friendly staff and the room was clean, tidy, and warm, with everything needed to spend the cold nights of Cusco. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Great value stay in the heart of Cusco
Loved the great central location. Staff were helpful and the room was very clean with a comfortable bed and hot shower.

- • Only places where the room outlets cannot be used. The hot water from the pot near the front desk is lukewarm. It is not replaced frequently.
Good, but could improve
The rooms are spacious, the location is good. The elevator helps because at altitude any stair climb makes a difference.

- • The shower didn't get very hot and had low water pressure, in Cusco it's very cold and that was a negative point. The room was clean, but not the hotel itself. The reception was very dirty, dirty upholstery, I arrived and there was an open bottle of water and Coca-Cola on the floor in a corner, I stayed for 5 days and they remained there. The night staff member was very friendly, the others not so much. I found the decoration very heavy, with many religious paintings spread throughout the hotel.
