- • I was a little confused during the unfamiliar check-in process. Although I had requested an early check-in, it was not possible. I'm sure it will be fine next time.

- • Why isn't the parking fee mentioned? I found out upon arrival that only cash is accepted, and I don't understand why the fee is charged separately. The check-in process is difficult, and I was struggling alone without any help from the staff. Also, the bedding felt damp and uncomfortable throughout the night.

The room was spacious enough to spread out luggage but there was no place to hang clothes. There is a washing machine in the room, and you need to bring your own detergent or buy it for 100 yen on the 1st floor. Conveniently located within walking distance to a convenience store and a drugstore. Since it's unmanned, all communication is done via email. It's advisable to read and respond to emails thoroughly.
