- • AC was working poorly, we had to keep all blinds closed just to help the room comfortable. The beds were not very comfortable. Both beds had 3/4 inch foam, Probably due to multiple complaints of hard beds. The room only supplied 2 pillows per bed. The room's floors were not swept unless we asked for them to do so. Light in the room hallway did not work. Several outlets were so worn out that the plugs can hardly stay in place. Cords and plugs for lamps are very old and need to be replaced. The lamp shade between beds would constantly fall when bumped into. One elevator was functional, the other elevator looks like it has been out of order for some time. We were told that we can have visitors meet us in the lobby but once the visitor arrived at the gate we were told that they could not come into the building. The supplied printout had incorrect times printed onto the sheet. We also found out that multiple restaurants or services as part of the all-inclusive package were not even open. The door to the men's bathroom located at the pool bar would not open or close unless forced. The food was okay at best.
A trip end to rest
The all-inclusive side resort in Cabo is not bad to end the holidays. It avoids spending a lot in restaurants in this region, which is very popular with Americans and therefore much more expensive than elsewhere. We had a view of the sea and the pool, a large suite, perfect for our family. Arrival and departure very accommodating with the availability of a shower once the room was returned

- • The cleanliness of the pool, the water was cloudy, we squatted the much larger and cleaner one next door (rose resort). Birds that invite themselves to the table to steal food. Not being able to smoke on our terrace, which is huge. The food was not great except for breakfast. We did not enjoy eating in the hotel's restaurants. In the end, the buffet was the most delicious.

- • Very old hotel, very deteriorated, very dirty, there were cockroaches, we had to change hotels
