Maravilloso hotel con vistas
Since I arrived, they welcomed me super well! My room had incredible views of the sea and I was able to see whales for two days!! I would have stayed more nights if I could have. Since it was cold season, I was afraid of being cold, but it was the opposite, the room was warm and you could also be on the terrace wonderfully. It was super clean, the breakfast had a buffet and a menu, super delicious!! The staff is lovely and I would return without hesitation!! They made me feel at home. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the restaurant and shopping area. And Uber for deliveries works very well. When leaving, you have wonderful views of the entire promenade to see whales. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff but overpriced
Staff were lovely. Place was very clean and modern. Easy walk to the clifftop and into town. Bed very comfortable.

- • The hotel isn’t 5 star standard. Compared to other places and given this was the most expensive we have stayed in, the price did not reflect the quality of the place.

- • We had a room close to housekeeping's storage room and it was very noisy in the morning. The breakfast is small. Value for money is not good. The hotel is OK but the rate is too high.

Gladly again
We liked everything and we slept great. The breakfast was very tasty. We were able to leave our luggage to go back to the town and the coast. That was also uncomplicated.

Room with sea view or not
After our booked room was not available upon our arrival and we would have had to move after 1 night, we expressed this negatively. As a result, we were able to occupy a junior suite, which we found very cozy. Our original booking for a room with a sea view was thus void. Now we looked out into the gardens. Staff was present everywhere, polite, sometimes a bit too much.

Excellent accommodation
It is a great place to stay for a few days. Close to the main center, beautiful seafront. Lovely room layout with a balcony... and an excellent breakfast

Lovely stay would recommend as a base to see the sights and go walking.
Great location. Overlooking the sea at the quieter end of Marine Drive. A short walk into town for shopping and restaurants. Direct access to part of the stunning cliff path walk. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

- • The property was very noisy inside if you were trying to enjoy the pool area. Lots of hard surfaces and loud conversations just bounced around.
