The staff at check-in was very kind, the room was spacious and clean, and no external noises could be heard from the room.

- • For a hostel, it's a bit expensive, and the shared kitchen was not perfect (lacked spoons and the microwave was quite dirty).

- • Upon arrival, they wanted to charge us extra for taxes; we have an 11-year-old girl, and children under 12 do not pay. The receptionist insisted even though I showed him my confirmed price from booking. In the end, he charged the correct amount as I was about to call. The rooms are tiny and dirty, you make your bed with the sheets provided at reception, and they had long hairs stuck to them. We had to buy shampoo since they only provided for 1 day, the faucets made a terrible pipe noise, and you could hear it from several rooms, making it almost impossible to sleep at night. It is 40 minutes from the center and 25 to catch the bus. The hotel is mostly occupied by school groups, and they make a lot of noise playing in the hallways.

Second Time returning
This is the second time returning here, and I had the same great experience as the first time. This time was with family so even more special. Highly recommended.
