Stay was really very bad experience, if staff is not friendly and many thieves we will not recommend this place
Property is centrally located in aonang However it is not a friendly place , we had booked duplex suite room , when we arrived to the room it was full of cockroaches, luckily the bell boy saw it and hence arranged for other room

- • However it is not a friendly place , we had booked duplex suite room , when we arrived to the room it was full of cockroaches, luckily the bell boy saw it and hence arranged for other room , else staff wouldn’t have believed us The room service if only until 7pm after that the dont provide any assistance , staff especially the reception fat lady and Manager Bee of the restaurant are extremely rude to the patrons, they also accused us for stealing their towel , as we were in morning rush to catch flight , we let it go , they charged us for that towel and humiliated us in front of other guests , they staff is total bully and I will Personally not recommend anybody staying in this property, we were on a girls trip and after seeing encouraging reviews on booking . Com booked this property , but very sad we left property with lots of sadness and headache
Even though it is a great location, I wouldn’t be keen to return.

- • The room was a lot smaller than it looked on the photos. It was very dark and dingy, unless the doors were open but there was no privacy to be able to do so. Breakfast options were pretty limited. The service from reception also was not great. When we checked out they were very slow, and there was no pleasantries made, not even a thank you or goodbye as we were leaving, hardly any acknowledgment, although we were being very polite.

חדרים מהממים וגדולים , 2 קומות עם מיקרו במטבח . שירות אדיב של הצוות במהלך השהות ואפילו עזרה עם עזרה ראשונה. הבריכה נחמדה לא יותר מזה .

- • קצת חבל שהמלון לא ענה לבקשה שלנו מבוקינג לפני שהגענו , לצערי אנחנו 2 בנות שהייתה אמורה להצטרף אלינו חברה שלישית , בשל המלחמה התבטל לה הכרטיס ותוקף ביטול המלון כבר עבר , ניסינו להסביר למלון שאין סיבה שנשלם מחיר של 3 על חדר שאנחנו 2 בנות בו , טענת המלון הייתה שזה אותו חדר ,( אבל לא אותו מחיר כי בדקתי את זה עוד לפני שהזמנו ) , חבל שיש חוסר התחשבות בנושאים האלה .

Pool villa was amazing; view was spectacular. Staff was super friendly. The welcome drinks and snacks were delicious and such a nice touch. They even packed us a breakfast because we had to check out early in the morning. Location is right next to the ocean and lovely restaurants, shops, and night market. Wonderful place; would definitely stay again

- • Water in the shower was not hot and it had slow drainage. Replace the chairs in the living room with sofas so that everyone can sit comfortably.
