- • Employees' behavior and service fell short of expectations. I had to carry my bags to the room myself. When I requested an electric adapter, they told me to go down to the reception and get it! The noise of airplanes above my head because the hotel is next to the airport.

- • Delay in room delivery as I received the room at 4:30 PM despite my expected check-in at 2 PM. The reason for the delay was the reception staff's procrastination despite my signing the check-in form, providing a copy of my passport, and giving them the reservation number. Poor reception service, each staff member redirects me to another, a service that does not meet the standards of Ramada Plaza hotels.
It was average.
They do not provide the expected service for the money. I recommend similar-priced upscale places in Riza, Weider, and Rez.

The service was absolutely terrible. I asked for an iron five times and it never arrived. The hotel was filthy. Moreover, the soap in the bathroom ran out and was not refilled. There were no bathrobes. The number of towels decreased daily, and the hotel had an awful smell. It was truly appalling. I will never stay at this hotel again. It's one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The management is incompetent.
