My room was amazing! The staff was extraordinary and I would return for the turndown service alone. They left a treat each night. One night was the best cookie I have ever had in my life. I am not exaggerating.

- • The room we were assigned overlooked directly onto the central courtyard, a common area frequented by guests for most of the day and until late at night. As a result, we were forced to keep the shutters closed throughout the stay to protect our privacy. Furthermore, the possibility of opening the windows was often limited by the presence of people smoking in the courtyard. Although we reported the discomfort to the hotel management, we did not receive any attention or concrete feedback.
The noisy room spoilt things.
The Concierge Wim is outstanding and has an exceptional ability to understand his guests' needs. The Breakfast was excellent!

- • My room overlooked the courtyard which was very noisy. I had requested a quiet room. My shower drain was blocked when I first used the shower. The downlighters flickered constantly. The Towel rack was hopeless. Some of the staff were GREAT and others had attitude… so inconsistency of service proposition.
A lovely boutique hotel. A special place.
From the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome. The bedroom was very comfortable and had everything for a very comfortable stay. Nothing was too much for the staff. Bar area was cosy and a lovely place to sit after a day/evening out. Superb range of drinks. One of the best breakfasts.
