Decent hotel with good breakfast, quiet area of the city.
The breakfast spread was good and you could request an omelette, etc. There was always fruit and other healthy options available. The staff were helpful. The room was larger than most rooms in Copenhagen.

- • We paid extra to book a Large Garden room. Both booking.com and 25hours website did not show that this room does not have any kind of view (the hotel is right on the water so the view was a big part of booking this place). I think we maybe would have had a better view if we didn't pay more for the room we got. Disappointing and the hotel would not let us switch rooms without an extra fee.
Fantastic hotel in a good location with a good breakfast
Nice hotel, nice room with a fantastic bed and very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

- • They had not cleaned our room once. Housekeeping was no longer available. Apologies were made multiple times. Could pick up towels at the reception
We were at a birthday party - so we just needed to stay overnight
The room is not a place you can stand to be in for more than 1 night
