Very nice hotel. Recommended.
Considering that it was an All-inclusive, the meals in general were good. The buffet and the restaurants were not outstanding. The Italian restaurant was the best of all. The staff was excellent and the cleanliness was top-notch. The facilities are very beautiful, allowing you to be in a luxurious place connected with nature at the same time.

- • They should have a system to receive online shopping packages and not require the client to be present to receive them. We had varied experiences in the restaurants, the Blue Agave was good but it took like 1 hour and a half to bring the food. In the end, we couldn't enjoy it as much. The buffet at night does not respect the Adults-only. You have to go to the family side buffet for dinner. It would be good if the Adults-only side is open. If you stay in the Adults-only section like us, it would be good if the night buffet is open to respect the Adults-only. Staying in The Reserve is not worth it as it increases the cost for few advantages over La Perla.
